Position: HORECA Sales Manager
Company: Pure Food Processing Industries LLC
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HORECA Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) segment, building strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the HORECA sector.
  • Identify and approach new potential clients, distributors, and key accounts within hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms with clients to ensure profitability.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in the HORECA segment.
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of client retention.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the HORECA sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Provide coaching, product training, and field support to team members.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution.

4. Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Monitor sales performance, collection status, and market coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and credit control procedures.

Requirements:.

  • Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
