HoReCa Sales Manager-(PHR/1023/1)

Job Description:

Purpose of the Role:

The HoReCa Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth across School Canteens, Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HoReCa) channels. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent brand visibility and revenue performance within the foodservice sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with School Canteens and HoReCa clients.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment recovery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to the CEO/Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Established network and strong relationships within School Canteens and HoReCa businesses.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and self-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
  • Leadership and team management experience to mentor junior staff.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
