Key Responsibilities:1. Landscape & Plant Management
- Supervise the planting, cultivation, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, lawns, flowers, and ornamental plants.
- Conduct regular plant health assessments and implement pest, disease, and weed control measures.
- Recommend plant species suitable for local climate and soil conditions.
2. Irrigation & Soil Management
- Design, inspect, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution.
- Conduct soil tests and recommend soil improvement techniques (fertilizers, amendments, mulching).
3. Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning landscape projects, preparing material lists, and scheduling tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
4. Sustainability & Environmental Care
- Apply sustainable horticulture practices such as water-efficient landscaping, native plants, and organic treatments.
- Monitor and implement environmental safety and compliance standards.
5. Team Coordination
- Supervise gardeners and landscape workers; provide training and guidance as needed.
- Ensure all horticulture activities follow company standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of professional experience in horticulture, landscaping, or plant engineering.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of plant physiology, landscape design basics, and pest management.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems (manual & automated).
- Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in outdoor environments.
