• Oversees Daily Operations: Ensures the hospital runs smoothly, coordinating activities across departments.
• Staff Management: Hires, trains, schedules, and evaluates staff to maintain a high standard of care.
• Policy Implementation: Develops and enforces hospital policies to comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Financial Oversight: Manages the hospital budget, optimizing resources and controlling costs.
• Patient Care Coordination: Works with medical staff to enhance patient care quality and satisfaction, addressing any operational issues that arise.
• Develops Marketing Strategies: Creates and implements marketing plans to promote hospital services and enhance the hospital's brand.
