Job Overview

Menzar Hospital is seeking a strategic and experienced Hospital IT Director to lead and oversee healthcare technology systems and digital infrastructure. This role is ideal for a senior professional with expertise in healthcare information systems, IT leadership, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

The Hospital IT Director will be responsible for managing critical systems, supporting technology strategy, ensuring secure and reliable operations, and driving innovation across healthcare IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, management, and optimization of hospital IT systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee healthcare technology platforms, system integrations, and digital solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, cybersecurity, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and technology innovation projects.
• Manage system implementations, upgrades, vendor relationships, and IT governance.
• Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to align technology solutions with organizational needs.
• Develop policies, standards, and best practices for healthcare IT operations.
• Monitor risks, support continuity planning, and improve system performance.
• Lead and support hospital IT teams and strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare IT leadership, enterprise systems management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are a plus.
