HOSPITAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are pleased to announce that Karaikudi kidney and Specialty Hospital is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the hospital, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.

Education: UG or PG

Experience: 2years+

Work Time: 9am to 7pm (Mon to Sat)

Salary: 25K to 30K with attractive Incentives

Location: Karaikudi, Tamilnadu.

• Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to optimize workflows.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve operations goals
• Handling the revenue of the hospital.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operational expenses.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote healthcare services.
• Organize community outreach programs, health camps, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance hospital services.
• Experience in handling NABH, JCI, or similar accreditation processes.
• Implement patient retention and loyalty programs
• Knowledge of hospital/clinic operations and regulatory requirements.
