Company Overview:
We are a premium beauty and wellness brand expanding into the luxury hospitality segment across Dubai. Our mission is to bring high-end beauty solutions to international hotel salons and spas, ensuring elegance, consistency, and superior guest experiences.

Role Objective:

To establish, manage, and grow partnerships with 5-star hotels, international chains, and luxury salons by introducing and marketing our exclusive range of beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard salons located inside 4-star and 5-star international hotels.
  • Build strong professional relationships with Hotel Directors, Spa Managers, and Procurement Heads.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and brand awareness sessions for salon professionals.
  • Develop and maintain a client pipeline of luxury hotel partnerships in Dubai.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure product placements align with brand image and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in hospitality spaces.
  • Ensure monthly sales and expansion targets are achieved with measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, beauty brand partnerships, or B2B luxury marketing.
  • Strong existing network across Dubai’s hotel and salon industry.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance with strong interpersonal etiquette.
  • Ability to independently meet senior officials and represent the brand with poise.

Dubai, UAE (Field-based, frequent hotel visits)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
