Hospitality Management Teacher

Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Management Teacher to educate senior secondary students in hospitality fundamentals, hotel operations, culinary basics, housekeeping, front office, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge and a passion for developing future hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Hospitality Management curriculum for Grades XI–XII
• Deliver theory and practical sessions in:
• Front Office Operations
• Food & Beverage Service
• Housekeeping Operations
• Culinary Basics
• Customer Service & Etiquette
• Tourism & Hospitality Industry Overview
• Develop lesson plans, learning materials, practical assignments, and assessments.
• Train students for practical exams, projects, and skill competitions.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline during practical sessions.
• Coordinate with the school management to organize workshops, field visits, and guest lectures.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain academic documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/ Postgraduate in Hotel Management/ Hospitality Management from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (school/college/training institute).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Practical knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Ability to conduct live demonstrations and industry-oriented training.
• Experience in organizing hospitality events, culinary displays, or exhibitions.
• Awareness of current hospitality trends and industry practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹54,000.00 per month
