Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, making them feel instantly welcomed
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using front desk systems
• Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests to enhance their stay experience
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless guest services
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area while managing guest relations proactively
• Support night audit procedures when necessary, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
• Multilingual or bilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
• Knowledge of guest relations, front desk procedures, and hotel management software is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
