Host Home Provider

Host Home Provider – Community Options, Inc.

Open Your Home. Empower a Life! At Community Options, Inc. (COI), we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful, independent, and full life.

We are currently seeking Host Home Providers-compassionate individuals who are willing to open their homes and hearts to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

What is a Host Home Provider?

A Host Home Provider welcomes an individual with IDD into their home and becomes part of their daily life-offering guidance, support, and genuine human connection. This is more than caregiving. It is shared living-where relationships are built, independence is nurtured, and lives are transformed.

Why This Matters

For many individuals, this opportunity means:

  • Living in a safe and supportive home
  • Building meaningful relationships
  • Becoming active members of their community
  • Experiencing greater independence and confidence

A home is more than a place - it is where belonging begins.

What You'll Do

As a Host Home Provider, you will support daily living activities such as:

  • Personal care (dressing, hygiene, meals)
  • Medication support
  • Transportation to appointments and community activities
  • Skill-building for independence
  • Creating a warm, stable, and inclusive home environment

You will help individuals not just live - but thrive.

You Are Not Alone - Community Options, Inc. provides:

  • Training and ongoing support
  • Oversight to ensure compliance and success
  • Guidance every step of the way

You become part of a team that is truly making a difference.

Who We're Looking For: We are seeking people who

  • Have a caring and compassionate heart
  • Value inclusion, dignity, and respect
  • Want to make a lasting impact in someone's life
  • Are ready to provide a safe and supportive home

A Shared Mission

Whether as a Family Caregiver or a Host Home Provider, the mission is the same: to support, uplift, and empower individuals with IDD. Host Home Providers take this one step further- welcoming someone into their home, where care becomes connection, and connection becomes family.

Take the First Step

If you feel called to make a difference, we invite you to apply today, join our team, be a provider and provide comprehensive services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in your home.

Open your home. Change a life. Build a future. A terrific team-making a difference!
