In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new hosts, answering their inquiries, and providing them with guidance and resources to optimize their hosting experience. You will also act as a mediator in resolving any issues or conflicts between hosts and guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all parties involved.
We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, customer-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy building relationships, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with our hosts, being their main point of contact

Onboard new hosts and provide support in setting up their listings and managing their profiles

Respond to host inquiries and provide guidance and resources

Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts or issues between hosts and guests

Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in host relations
Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma degree.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
