As a Bartender you will hold an essential position at Mirador Cafe. The ideal candidate creates unique experiences for our guests that center around the simple enjoyment of a well-crafted beverage. Bartenders are fun and professional individuals who thrive in an upbeat, fast-paced work environment and exhibit a passion for craft cocktails, local beer, Chef driven food, and great guest service. Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to learning guests’ preferences, crafting original drink experiences, and expertly delivering signature beverages.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain stock, cleanliness, and organization of service and host stations across all meal periods.
• When needed, clear and reset dirty table settings, ensuring tables are prepared for fresh setups. Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area promptly and safely.
• Maintain awareness of dining room pace, table turnover, and guest flow.
• Plan and execute strategic table placement for reservations, considering pacing and service balance.
• Communicate reservation notes, special requests, allergies, and celebrations clearly to managers and team members.
• Support all initiatives requested by leadership, including service prep, station upkeep, and guest experience enhancements.

The Particulars

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour + Tips

Schedule:

• 4-6 hour shift
• Day shift
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Weekend availability
