Hostess

We are looking for a Restaurant Hostess (Females Only) Dubai.

***Candidates must be based in the United Arab Emirates and should be available to join the team immediately***

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome & Greeting: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and bid them farewell at departure.

Essential Skills for Adverts

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Organization: Strong multitasking abilities to manage a busy waitlist and seating chart simultaneously.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift, often in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or high-volume customer service is typically preferred.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professionalism: High standards for grooming and etiquette to represent the brand's image.
• Reservation & Waitlist Management: Manage bookings (via phone, online, or walk-ins) and provide accurate wait-time estimates during peak hours.
• Strategic Seating: Use a seating chart to assign tables, ensuring a fair and balanced workload for servers to avoid service bottlenecks.
• FOH Coordination: Communicate with servers and kitchen staff regarding large parties, special requests, or allergy alerts.
• Inquiry Handling: Answer phone calls professionally to address queries about menu items, hours, and dietary accommodations.
• Area Maintenance: Keep the host stand, entrance, and menus clean, organized, and "camera-ready" at all times.
• Team Support: Assist waitstaff during rushes by providing menus, filling water, or helping with light table clearing.
