  • Manage reservations, guest lists, and seating arrangements in line with restaurant standards.
  • Communicate wait times and accommodate special requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the dining journey.
  • Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow.
  • Maintain an organized and elegant reception area reflecting the brand s premium image.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally and effectively.
  • Monitor and update booking systems, ensuring accuracy and timely information flow.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of the front-of-house area before and after service.
  • Uphold Atlantis The Royal s values of excellence, warmth, and attention to detail.
