Job Title: - Office Assistant


Job Summary:


The Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the showroom, supporting daily administrative tasks, and providing refreshments to staff and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:


* Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom, office area, and pantry.

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte,

Turkish coffee and Arabic coffee,

* Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

* Handle basic clerical tasks like photocopying, filing, and delivering documents.

* Refill office and pantry supplies (tea, coffee, water, stationery, etc.) as needed.

* Assist in setting up for meetings, presentations, or events within the showroom.

* Perform messenger duties between departments or external parties.

* Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.


Qualifications and Requirements:


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or Barista (preferably in a real estate,

hospitality, or corporate setting)

* Previous experience as an office assistant or cleaner is a plus.

* Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning practices.

* Ability to multitask and follow instructions.

* Trustworthy, punctual, and polite.
