Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their dining experience.
  • Manage guest reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently using the restaurant s booking system.
  • Communicate accurate wait times and ensure guests are seated promptly and comfortably.
  • Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and introducing the assigned server.
  • Maintain constant communication with the service team to ensure smooth table rotation and optimal guest flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure the entrance and reception areas are immaculate and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining guest records and preferences for future visits to enhance personalized service.
  • Support the restaurant management team in coordinating large bookings and VIP arrangements.
