Hostess/Host

Job Summary:

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They project a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In the event that there is a wait time, quote an accurate wait time and answer any questions the guest may have.

Job Responsibilities:

- Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders, Packing Orders)

- Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food

- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette

- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-working environment

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
