Host/Hostess

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role is essential in setting the tone for a superior dining experience, ensuring seamless seating, and providing excellent customer service.

Mandatory Hours:

Wednesdays - 4:00pm to close (around 10:00pm, could be later)
Fridays - 4:00pm to close (around 10:00pm, could be later)
Saturdays - 4:00pm to close (around 10:00pm, could be later)
Sundays - 10:00am to close (around 3:00pm, could be later)

Must be able to work these shifts EVERY week.

REQUIRED to work ALL Holidays - no exceptions

Must have a valid Drivers License

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and service efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide menus and answer initial questions about food, beverages, and club policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance, lobby, and host stand.
• Assist with special events and private dining arrangements as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a host, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
