Our luxury hotel, located near the Atlanta Airport, is seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our Food & Beverage Team as Host/Hostesses. As a Host/Hostess at the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience.
• Presenting menus and highlighting daily specials and chef's recommendations, enticing guests with a delightful culinary journey.
• Taking names on a waiting list and managing table availability.
• Engaging guests in conversation, sharing recommendations, and providing information about our hotel and local attractions.
• Keeping track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables, ensuring smooth seating transitions for our guests.
• Creating a lively atmosphere by interacting with guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant, making each dining experience unforgettable.
• Embracing creativity and attention to detail to fulfill to-go orders efficiently, showcasing our commitment to exceptional service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host area, ensuring menus are stocked and readily available for guests.
• Answering phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, addressing guests' inquiries about the menu, restaurant, and upcoming events.
• Collaborating with our dynamic team to deliver outstanding service and contribute to a positive work environment.
