Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
• Manage waitlists efficiently using multi-line phone systems and computer software
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and reduce wait times
• Answer incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, providing information and assistance
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area to ensure a welcoming environment
• Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences in a courteous manner

Experience

• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple calls simultaneously
• Be a team player
