Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Host/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest relations
• Assist with guest inquiries over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, dining area, and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth flow of service during busy hours
• Support guest needs throughout their visit, addressing concerns promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus, especially in guest services or guest relations roles
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Knowledge of food service procedures, serving etiquette, and hospitality standards is beneficial
• Prior experience with phone etiquette and guest interaction enhances your ability to excel in this role
