Host/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will also be responsible for hosting, serving beverages, taking orders, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks to guests promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations on menu items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• A passion for culinary arts and providing exceptional guest services.
• Must be able to stand for extended period.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $170.00 - $200.00 per day
