Host/Takeout

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that the dining area is welcoming and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for reservation management

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries

Pay: $17.81 - $20.00 per hour
