Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Provide outstanding guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software
• Facilitate effective communication between guests and hotel staff to coordinate services such as room upgrades or special requests
• Uphold professional phone etiquette and maintain a friendly demeanor during all interactions with guests and visitors

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is required
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus for communicating effectively with international guests
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise

This is a 3pm - 11pm shift. Full time and part time shifts are available.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
