Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Perform floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to keep all surfaces looking their best.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain compliance with health standards.
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest service excellence.
• Ability to handle industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
