Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, carpets, and furniture, ensuring all areas meet hotel standards of cleanliness.
• Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces across all areas.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, linens, towels, and minibar supplies to ensure guest comfort and convenience.
• Maintain public spaces by cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other common areas with precision and care.
• Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
• Support housekeeping management with inventory control and proper storage of cleaning supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service excellence is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
• Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
