Hotel Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with laundry services when necessary.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform small maintenance duties
• Stay in radio contact with the front desk for request from guest.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous.
• Familiarity with floor care procedures and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude towards customer service and hospitality.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
