Hotel Housekeeper

Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
• Perform detailed floor care using appropriate cleaning equipment for various flooring types to preserve their appearance and safety
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs and uphold quality standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures in accordance with health regulations and company policies
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts
• Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals; prior housekeeping management experience is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
