Hotel Housekeeping

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and presentable.
• Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with laundry duties when required, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
