looking for EXPERIENCED HOTEL HOUSEKEEPERS, if you do not have experience in hotel housekeeping please do not apply, very friendly team oriented atmosphere, our job description is anything that helps improve the hotel, housekeeping is assigned their public areas for the day to clean then strip rooms and clean rooms, about halfway through day we check our publics again then once more at end of day to ensure everything is clean, fri sat sun is MANDATORY

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest expectations and operational standards.
• Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning supplies to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in guest interactions, respecting privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the hotel’s cleanliness standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning equipment, and janitorial supplies.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices for maintaining guest comfort and safety.
• Experience managing housekeeping tasks in busy hotel environments or similar settings is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
