Responsibilities

• Operate commercial laundry machines to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing efficiently and safely
• Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling
• Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or special-care garments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines, work surfaces, and storage spaces
• Monitor inventory levels of detergents, cleaning supplies, and linen stock; notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or damage during laundry operations
• Assist with other housekeeping duties when necessary to support overall hotel cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment operation and cleaning techniques
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy loads of linens or laundry baskets
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures related to laundry operations is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
