Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and structural elements to identify potential issues early.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as , residential painting, and mechanical repairs using schematics and technical manuals.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems utilizing tools like ohmmeters and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure seamless operation of building automation systems.
- Manage facilities maintenance requests efficiently through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), prioritizing urgent repairs to minimize downtime.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors or team members during complex projects like electrical upgrades or tasks while ensuring safety compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and future reference.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or staff concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within the hospitality or manufacturing industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by skills in residential painting, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and the use of tools such as ohmmeters for diagnostics.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and managing building automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams accurately.
- Supervising experience in maintenance teams or projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and vendors.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for tracking work orders and maintenance history.
