Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, elevators, and other hotel infrastructure to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and low voltage systems using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests involving high voltage or critical systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop maintenance schedules that support manufacturing facilities or hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while working with industrial electricians or in environments requiring high-voltage expertise.

Skills

• Extensive maintenace experience within All Suites, Mid-Scale, or large-scale hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems—including HVAC/R—and experience with low-voltage electrical systems.
• Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex system failures quickly and accurately.
• Customer service orientation combined with effective communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and vendors.
• Background in industrial electrician work or maintenance roles is advantageous for handling high voltage or specialized tasks.
