Duties
- Welcome and assist guests arriving during the night shift, providing friendly and efficient front desk service.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately, ensuring all records are properly maintained.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills.
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying billing accuracy and preparing financial reports.
- Monitor security systems, CCTV footage, and conduct patrols to ensure safety throughout the property.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information or directing calls as needed.
- Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure operational integrity.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong focus on guest services.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and front desk systems to streamline operations.
- Strong phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel accounting practices, and guest relations strategies.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
