Hotel Operations Manager


We’re hiring: Hotel Operations & SOP Manager


We are looking for a hospitality professional to develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across our hotel properties in Northern Pakistan.


Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, practical SOPs for Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Handling, and Daily Operations

• Implement SOPs on ground and ensure consistent compliance

• Train department heads and supervisors on SOP execution

• Conduct routine checks and audits to ensure standards are followed

• Coordinate with hotel leadership to continuously improve operational discipline

• Standardize processes across multiple properties


Ideal candidate

• 5–10+ years experience in hotel operations

• Strong hands-on experience with SOP development and enforcement

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Comfortable working on-site and across properties

• Practical, execution-focused mindset


Role details

• Full-time position

• Location: Northern Pakistan (Naran / Hunza)

• Reports to senior hotel leadership
