About the Role

Step into the heartbeat of the hotel. As the Hotel Supervisor, you are the bridge between the management team and the front-line staff. You ensure that the General Manager’s vision is executed flawlessly on the ground.

This is a live-in position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to immerse themselves in the hospitality culture without worrying about the daily commute. You will be based in the beautiful, cool climate of Murree, ensuring every guest’s stay is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations across key departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage) to ensure the hotel runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet the hotel's 5-star standards.
• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate the shift teams. Assign daily tasks to housekeeping and front desk staff, and ensure proper shift handovers.
• Guest Relations: Be the go-to person for on-ground guest requests. Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Hotel Manager when necessary.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor par levels for cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and stationery; assist in receiving and verifying deliveries.
• Shift Management: Handle the chaos of check-ins and check-outs during peak hours, ensuring wait times are minimal and service is prompt.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel (Front Office or Housekeeping background preferred).
• Leadership: You don't just manage; you lead by example. You are willing to step in and help the team during busy rushes.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve guest issues or operational hiccups immediately.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively between staff and management.
• Local Availability: Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Murree/Punjab are preferred.
