House Manager / Household Manager - UAE experienced only

We are seeking a professional and experienced House Manager/ Husehold Manager to oversee the operations of a private luxury residence in the UAE. The role involves managing household staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating property maintenance, handling budgets and expenses, and delivering exceptional guest services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee upkeep and maintenance of the residence and outdoor spaces.
• Supervise and manage household staff (housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, drivers, etc.).
• Ensure smooth daily household operations, including supplies and inventories.
• Plan and manage household budgets, control expenses, and report financials.
• Organize and support events, gatherings, and guest services.
• Maintain health, safety, and security compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Act as the primary point of contact between owner and staff.
• Provide personal assistance to the property owner (appointments, travel, errands).

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
• Tech-savvy; knowledge of household systems/software preferred.
