HOUSE / VILLA MANAGER - PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN DUBAI

We are currently looking for House / Villa Manager for a Private Residence in Dubai.

Candidate will be responsible to the day to day household operations of the private residence.

Hands-on role combining butler-style service, supervision of staff and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily household routine: openings/closings, supervision of areas and guess set-up.

- Oversee laundry, wardrobe care, ironing and basic home inventory.

- Maintaning high standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation of the villa.

- Welcoming guests, serve refreshments/meals are part of the duty.

- Coordinate and supervise household staff (maids, drivers, gardeners, security and etc.)

- Create schedule and assign tasks

- Train staff on SOPs

- Coordinate with vendors/contractors for maintenance & repairs.

- Manage household procurement and track monthly household expenses.

- Ensure basic security protocols

- Handle family information and schedules

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Villa Manager, Butler, House Manager or Similar.

Calm, well groomed, professional

Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed

UAE experience and familiarity with local vendors and standards

6 days a week, flexibility for events/guests

Salary: 10,000AED - 15,000AED (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
