Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas using industry-standard cleaning techniques and supplies
• Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a spotless environment
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to guarantee guest satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a secure workspace for yourself and others
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold facility quality
• Adhere to established health and safety regulations related to janitorial and industrial cleaning practices
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens or uniforms

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Previous hotel experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service expectations
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and procedures for maintaining cleanliness in guest environments
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
