Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper at the University Guest House, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. Essential functions include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness

  • Changing bed linens, towels, and other supplies as needed

  • Dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a safe and healthy environment

  • Restocking guest rooms with necessary items such as toiletries, tissues, and clean towels

  • Folding, sorting, washing, and stocking laundry

  • Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe work environment

  • Providing exceptional customer service and positive attitude when interacting with guests
