Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, offices, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance
• Conduct custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface disinfecting
• Assist with janitorial responsibilities in both residential and commercial environments to uphold hygiene standards
• Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely for large-scale or specialized cleaning projects
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties or related fields such as facilities maintenance or porter roles
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction
• Ability to handle industrial cleaning equipment and perform tasks requiring physical stamina such as lifting or standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with residential painting or basic maintenance tasks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or industrial environments is preferred

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
