HOUSEKEEPER FOR APARTMENT COMMUNITY

Are you energetic and detail oriented? Do you like a variety of work? FWPC is looking for a full-time and part-time Housekeeper to join our team at our apartment communities located in Sierra Vista. This is a great job opportunity with a busy company!

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for cleaning all make-ready/turned units for new occupants. Construction-type cleaning often required.

· Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all common areas of the communities.

· Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping.

· Cleaning of furniture, windows, blinds, floors, laundry machines, sinks, mirrors, toilets, kitchens appliances, etc.

· Assist in inventory control of all janitorial equipment and supplies.

· Complete service requests that pertain to housekeeping issues for new move-ins, or for common areas.

· Clean on-site management office and laundry room.

· Assist with any emergency maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Janitorial experience or related training. Familiarity with a wide range of cleaning products and equipment, and their uses. Must have own reliable transportation. Ability to communicate effectively. Good safety habits. Must be team oriented.

Wage commensurate with experience.
