Housekeeping Executive (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Housekeeping Executive with a strong background in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with luxury brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Ensure timely room readiness in coordination with Front Office and Operations teams.
• Monitor inventory levels of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies; control usage and costs.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports related to staffing, room status, maintenance issues, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Laundry teams to address maintenance and linen requirements promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and luxury service standards.
• Proven leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
