Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage all housekeeping operations within the facility. The role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness, supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
  • Managing housekeeping staff effectively.
  • Developing and implementing housekeeping procedures.
  • Controlling inventory and managing budgets related to housekeeping.
  • Conducting site visits, analyzing, and evaluating information related to tenders and cost estimation for facility management consumables, equipment, and materials.
  • Understanding direct and indirect resources in line with the scope of work and project specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting housekeeping tender requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven 2-3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards
  • Experience in managing and leading housekeeping teams
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Valid QID
  • Transferable Visa
  • Male candidates only
