Housekeeping (Qetaifan Hotels)

Qetaifan Projects develops large-scale waterfront real estate and smart city infrastructure projects in Qatar.

Main role:

You are responsible for keeping guest rooms, public areas, and hotel spaces clean, safe, and comfortable—a core part of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

1. Room cleaning & preparation

Clean and tidy guest rooms daily

Make beds, change linens, replace towels

Clean bathrooms, mirrors, floors, and furniture

2. Replenishing supplies

Restock toiletries, water, and room amenities

Ensure rooms are fully prepared for new guests

3. General cleaning tasks

Vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, mop floors

Clean corridors and public areas

Remove trash and dirty linens

4. Reporting & coordination

Report maintenance issues (broken items, leaks, etc.)

Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams

5. Guest interaction

Respond to guest requests politely (extra towels, cleaning requests)

Maintain a professional and friendly attitude

6. Work organization

Follow daily task list from supervisor

Manage cleaning trolley and supplies

Meet room cleaning targets per shift

Skills required:

Attention to detail

Physical stamina (long hours standing/cleaning)

Basic English communication

Ability to work fast in a high-pressure hotel environment

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
