Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff, motivating the team and resolving issues.
- Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and tidiness standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Guest Service: Respond to guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping services.
- Maintenance and Safety: Report maintenance or repair needs, ensure compliance with safety protocols and sanitation policies, and handle lost and found items.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily housekeeping operations and contribute to large cleaning projects as needed.
