Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including room attendants and cleaners.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
• Assign daily cleaning duties and manage work schedules.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit reports on room status, maintenance needs, and staff performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or Housekeeping certification preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, procedures, and safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
