We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role is vital in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and hospitality within our hotel environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for hospitality excellence, this opportunity is perfect for you! Must be able to work Sunday- Thursday.

Duties

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well-maintained, and meet brand standards
• Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service and efficient cleaning procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance
• Coordinate cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to maximize productivity
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Maintain accurate records of room status updates, maintenance needs, and team attendance

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning procedures for various surfaces
• Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality management is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety protocols
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
