• Maintain detailed records of room status and inspection reports.
• Training and Support:

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to improve staff performance and adherence to standards.
• Guest Interaction:
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that guest requests for additional services or amenities are fulfilled promptly and to satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors, front desk staff, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or inspector role preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards.
