Job Summary

Vostro World Club is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout our fitness facility. The successful candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, maintain cleaning schedules, and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. Housekeeping supervisors typically oversee cleaning staff, schedules, quality inspections, sanitation standards, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor housekeeping staff duties.
• Inspect gym floors, locker rooms, washrooms, studios, reception areas, and common spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department for timely repairs.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain housekeeping records, schedules, and performance reports.
• Support special cleaning projects and deep-cleaning initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Matriculation or equivalent (preferred).

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:

• housekeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
